What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address. As you use the platform, we collect data on which problems you attempt, your answers, videos you watch, and your study plan progress. This data is used to personalise your learning experience.
How we use your data
We use your data to generate your study plan, track your progress, identify weak areas, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how students use the platform. This collects anonymised data about page views, session duration, and device type. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services. We use email-based one-time codes for signing in — no passwords are stored. We do not store card details: payments are handled by Paddle and Razorpay, who have their own security standards.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any marketing agency or advertiser. The only third parties that receive anything are Google Analytics (anonymised usage data, no personal information) and our payment providers, Paddle and Razorpay, and only when you make a purchase. We will never share your email, learning data, or progress with anyone outside Superschool. We will only disclose data if required by law.
Payments and refunds
Purchases outside India are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and receives your billing details; purchases in India are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number. Seven days, no questions asked. If you want your money back within seven days of a purchase, email support@superschoolmath.com and we refund it in full — no reason required, and no need to explain how much of the course you used. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and everything attached to it, or change your email address at any time. Email support@superschoolmath.com for any data request.
Children's privacy
Superschool is designed for students of all ages, including those under 13. We collect minimal personal information — an email address — and do not knowingly collect data beyond what the service needs. Parents or guardians can contact us to review or delete their child’s data.
Data security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email if the changes are significant.
