When you sign up, we collect your email address. As you use the platform, we collect data on which problems you attempt, your answers, videos you watch, and your study plan progress. This data is used to personalize your learning experience.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: generate your personalized study plan, track your progress, identify weak areas, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how students use the platform. This collects anonymized data about page views, session duration, and device type. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We use email-based one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication — no passwords are stored. We do not store credit card or payment information — all payments are processed by Razorpay, which has its own security standards.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any marketing agency, advertiser, or third party. The only third-party services that receive any data are: Google Analytics (anonymized usage data only — no personal information) and Razorpay (payment processing, only when you make a purchase). We will never share your email, learning data, or progress with anyone outside of Superschool. We will only disclose data if required by law.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, or update your email address at any time. Email support@superschool.com for any data requests.
Children’s Privacy
Superschool is designed for students of all ages including those under 13. We collect minimal personal information (email only) and do not knowingly collect data beyond what is necessary for the educational service. Parents or guardians can contact us to review or delete their child’s data.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and regular backups to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email if significant changes are made.
